Refund policy

All sales are final.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

There is no refund on custom items unless there is an error on my part.

No Exceptions.

Remember, you are paying for services which require time and effort from me.

Please check your package immediately for any missing or damaged items. You MUST notify me within 3 days of receiving your package if any items are missing in order to receive a replacement.

I will not issue refunds for any damages caused during shipping, delays, lost or stolen items. If your package is damaged upon arrival, you must file a claim with Canada Post for the damages. I am not responsible for damages caused by the carrier. Insurance is available if requested.

If you would like to have your package insured, please let me know and I will bill you for the cost of insurance.


*Colors may vary due to variations of computers, printers and monitors. Colors printed may appear differently than what is seen on your screen. Paper choice can be a factor also.
